Specialized applications

According to their areas of expertise and their needs, consultants certified in the AEC® method can improve their knowledge and use of this tool in various specialized applications. The purpose of these applications is to help our certified consultants expand their areas of professional conduct and operationally train and coach by using methods that are given to them on the CD and workbook in the application.

The advantage of the AEC® method is to represent a model of behavioral skills for the person (how to adapt to others) as well as incentives, but also a model of skill in the art (management/sales), functions (synergy in a transversal project) or both (human resources).
