THE AEC DISC©® QUESTIONNAIRE

Our Profiles are based on the answers given to a simple online questionnaire, that takes no more than 30 minutes to complete. Thanks to those answers, AEC RH manages to get the behavioral preferences, motivations and typology of an individual.

The original DISC® questionnaire was created and widely distributed around the world by the Cleaver Company, for more than 60 years. AEC RH acquired the exclusive Worldwide Distribution License of this questionnaire.

WHAT IS THE AEC DISC©® PERSONALITY PROFILE ?

The answers given to the AEC DISC©®questionnaire highlight the “natural style” of an individual, whatever his environment, but also his/her “adapted style” in a professional environment. The analysis and comparison of these two “styles” provide insights into the dynamics of a person according to his/her environment.


Regarding the appropriateness of this analysis, the AEC DISC©® Profile is considered a solid tool for managing oneself and others, in various professional and personal situations.

THE AEC DISC©® WHEEL

The AEC DISC©® wheel reveals several thousand different profiles.
It is a simple and effective model which helps to visualize and understand an individual, a team or a profession. It identifies 68 different positions, on a scale of depth that qualifies each one of them, in order to find the perfect match between them and the individual, the team or the function that took the test.

What are the different AEC DISC©® Profile ?

Selling and/or Management skills can be added to the AEC DISC©® Personality profile.
A job analysis questionnaire can also be used to figure out whether if the candidate’s or the individual’s profile fits with the function and the behaviors that come with it.
A team profile enables to establish the differences and complementarities between the Personality profiles of a same team, in order to reinforce their cohesion and efficiency.
