Founder and President of Insights Distribution, which has been distributing the Success Insights method since 1997, I dissociated myself from them in December 2004.
I created and developed the original AEC DISC© Colors Method and the “Arc en Ciel RH” company.
The AEC DISC© Method refers, among other things and in partnership with the company Cleaver Company to the original DISC source that inspired the Success Insights method.
AEC DISC© Méthode integrates exclusively my educational developments, including Interactive Management © and the Wheel of Colors ©, developed in my book « Bring out the manager in you ! »
